Our Services

These 5M Bell tents (just over 16” diameter) are available for Friday or Sunday check-ins and check-outs. At least 1-2 week(s) prior notice/booking is required for reservations. Rates are per unit per night. Basic package comes with one Queen or two twin beds, despite the maximum capacity of each tent being six people.

Our daily rate is $129 per night. (Deliver fee may apply for sites of greater distance) There is a security deposit required. There is also the option to include an extra twin bed with the queen-size bed option for an additional $20 fee.

When choosing a location, please confirm the pet policy at the reserved site. If pets are allowed at the location, we will allow pets. However, pets are not allowed on the furniture or rugs. A $40 pet fee will be charged for the cleaning of the tent and carpet if there is any evidence (odor and/or hair) of a pet. Some guests may be sensitive/allergic to pet hairs, and we want to make sure everyone receives clean and fresh accommodations.

There is NO SMOKING allowed within the tents.

Our base product comes with Bell Tent furnished with Queen Size Bed* w/ linens made and ready for you (It’s not necessary to sleep on the ground), night stands and more.

We are based in Denison, TX, but offers glampers the option to choose their own location anywhere within TexomaLand for a one-of-a-kind luxury camping adventure. All glampers have to do is reserve their location themselves (please provide us with your location reservation information when submitting a booking request), confirm that tent pitching is allowed, and then let us do the rest of the work.

We will arrive with the tent(s) at the location selected by you, and set the rentals up. Beyond this, facilities are largely dependent on the location chosen, although linens are provided with rental.

Rental also includes board games, cards, (Rainy day games) as well as an emergency blanket, a lighter, a camp axe, fire extinguisher and garbage bags. Additionally, there is a large storage container with a mini pot and pan, a bottle and can opener, a wine opener, dining utensils, plates, cups, a cutting knife, and barbecue utensils.

Other amenities of these luxury tents includes the linens, pillows, a carpet/rug, a battery-powered lantern, small tables/nightstand, a tent lock and key, and other decorations and adornments.

For an additional fee, we are happy to provide guests with the following services: grocery shopping; meal preparations; a romantic package for a special occasion; an early riser package including coffee, tea, and breakfast; and outdoor recreation equipment for hire.

There is a portable bathroom package available at an extra cost depending on the length of guests' stay.

We suggest that guests bring along meals, snacks, lighter fluids, ice, firewood, extra propane bottle, paper towels, wipes, rinsing water, beverages, sunscreen, a hat, hiking shoes, sleeping bags, a battery pack, and other related items. Don’t forget your medications.

* Two Twin beds may be substituted.
